Leasing Manager

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the leasing operations of the assigned mall by implementing effective leasing strategies, optimizing tenancy mix, strengthening tenant relationships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute leasing strategies, plans, and budgets for the assigned mall.
• Oversee leasing operations to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Identify and introduce new concepts and tenants to strengthen the mall’s tenant mix.
• Evaluate and approve leasing proposals and concept papers.
• Establish tenant placement strategies for new and reconfigured spaces.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
• Develop initiatives to maximize revenue-generating opportunities within the mall.
• Manage lease-related concerns, including deferments, concessions, pre-terminations, and non-renewals.
• Monitor tenant performance and recommend improvements to enhance mall productivity.

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or any other business-related courses. A related master’s degree is not required but will be an advantage.
• At least 5 years managerial experience in areas of sales management, planning, and operations.
• Strong negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Willing to be assigned at SM Center Sangandaan.
