Job Summary 

The Account Officer for Salary Loans Group is responsible for achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and good customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and ensure that sales quota is met
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with DepEd School Principals, Teachers and Employees
• Identify potential clients that can be tapped for production related activities.
• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients, and serve as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder / Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course
• Must have direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills)
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required
• Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products
