What Youll Be Doing

A key position which manages the Supply Chain introduction of new products through application of the New Product Development process. Success in this role is described by effective management of new product introductions in the supply chain

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in product launches by supporting assigned categories to ensure timely execution at agreed quality and cost. Help gather and communicate local Supply Chain requirements and constraints to relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate product data by updating and verifying packaging component specifications and Bills of Materials (BOM). Ensure data entry and documentation are completed on time.
• Coordinate component testing and validation by ensuring necessary tests and documenting results to confirm quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time development and component availability, responsible for fostering and maintaining good relationships with suppliers, supporting them in improving technical capabilities, quality, service, and costs delivering associated benefits to Avon
• Collaborate with Global & Local Innovation R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain operating functions in driving efficiencies and resolving issues/challenges, emphasizing cross-functional teamwork to improve product design efficiency and address any issues that arise during the New Product Development process
• Participate in continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives for Global/Local Innovation R&D.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards through accurate execution of assigned tasks and adherence to established procedures.
• Contribute to Avons Sustainability goal and protecting the environment through the development of environment-friendly components, pollution prevention, waste and energy reduction, and resource conservation.
