Job Description

The Senior Process Improvement Analyst supports manufacturing and production operations by improving how operational data is collected, processed, and used. The role focuses on production-line data, reporting automation, and process efficiency to ensure accurate information is available for planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This position works closely with Data Operations and Manufacturing teams and reports to the Data Operations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and review manufacturing and production line data to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare, clean, and validate operational datasets used for production planning, reporting, and third-party data submissions.
  • Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards using Excel (advanced), Power Query, Power BI, and related tools.
  • Execute data workflows and automation using Power Automate based on defined business requirements.
  • Support demand planning and production planning teams by providing accurate, timely, and well-structured data inputs.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (manufacturing, operations, planning) to ensure data consistency and alignment.
  • Maintain clear documentation of data sources, processes, reports, and automation outputs.
  • Provide factual, data-backed insights to support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
  • Progressively build technical capability in SQL, system-based automation, and advanced data analysis.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production operations environment, with exposure to:
  • Process improvement or productivity analysis
  • Manufacturing or operations data review
  • Production line or plant-level reporting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and Power Query.
  • Working knowledge or hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and workflow automation tools is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting production, operations reporting, or planning-related data is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with large operational datasets.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
