YOUR ROLE

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.

• Handle equipment set-up and conversion
• Perform set-up optimization and minor repairs supporting attainment of Maintenance KPI (OEE,MTBI,Cost)
• Special projects that will contribute to improvement in assigned areas
• Skill in Preventive Maintenance of Die attach machine (ASM Die attach, ESEC Die attach. KnS FC bonders)
  
  

Your Skills & Experiences

• BS ECE/ME graduate
• With at least 2 years' experience in Die attach machines
• Extensive knowledge of machine operation and set-up
• English business proficiency
• Know-how of Microsoft tools, Basic Quality methodologies
• Know how on Standard OEE /MTBI practices
