Staff Engineer Test Product Engineering

Job description:

• Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of complex test yield and quality issues.
• Optimize test processes to improve yield, throughput, uptime, and cost of test
• Analyse test data and trends using data driven methodologies to identify improvement opportunities and prevent escapes. 
• Define and enforce test process standards, best practices, and documentation.
• Support NPI activities, including test readiness, characterization, correlation, and production ramp.
• Support customer and internal audits by providing technical expertise and documentation.
• Mentor and technically guide junior and mid-level engineers and act as a technical escalation point for critical manufacturing issues.

• Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 Years Experience
• Can lead a small team consisting of Engineers and Technicians for Continuous Improvement Projects
