Staff Engineer IT Solutions And Development

Job description:

• Analysis of problems/failures during the whole software life cycle, together with our key users and/or business partners.
• Design, build, and maintain applications to support the backend operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering software solutions to support the operations
• Lead the architecture discussions and contribute to strategic technical decisions
• Provide mentorship to the senior engineers and engineers, and conduct code reviews before releasing the software to the production environment
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies relative to the APEX development and propose adoption where feasible and beneficial

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer/Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least five (5) years of software development experience (Oracle Application Express is an advantage)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc)
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering software solutions to support the operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
