Spare Parts Controller Maintenance Planner

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Handle and maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables.
• Monitor and control withdrawal and/or usage of consumables.
• Analyze the parts and the consumption or movement of parts for dead stock, ageing and ordering purposes.
• Maintain minimum balance of spare parts and consumables in stock for all parts.
• Generate PRs for replenishing and maintaining spare parts stock level. Make a follow-up to Procurement department on pending PRs. Make a follow-up to Suppliers on the status of the delivery of spare parts and/or consumables.
• Maintain a copy of spare parts manual for all machines and equipment.
• Monthly reconciliation with books of accounts and periodic physical verification with Finance.
• Receive and evaluate incoming spare parts and/or replacement parts with regards to the specifications, quantity, etc. based on the PR and PO.
• Creates a Yearly Master Plan for the PM schedules and MOH activities of all machineries and equipment.
• Monitors the progress of Diagnostic Visits (DV), creation of PR, approval of PO, delivery of over hauling parts prior to MOH day.
• Generates check sheets and job orders, which contain specific instruction for a particular equipment to be inspected and/or repaired.
• Submits it to Immediate Superior prior to execution by the mechanics, electricians, and technicians.
• Encodes all accomplished check sheets and reschedules all backlogs or those waiting for materials.
  
  

• Receive, document, and organize spare parts for easy access.
• Process special orders of new parts needed in a machine or equipment.
• Monitor proper inventory, stock level and balance of spare parts.
• Keep the Spare Parts Room organized and secured.
• Implementation of an effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program to all machineries and equipment.
• Generate and compile check sheets and Job Orders for machines and/or equipment to be inspected or repaired
