Title: Site Logistic Associate

The Site Logistics Associate Is Responsible For

• Checking the startups pre- and post-operational accomplishments and requirements.
• Examining and updating the transactions of all transfer receipts and prescribing receiving handling and storage guidelines for finished goods from manufacturing.
• Verifying and checking all issuances of materials and supplies for production and distribution.
• Providing an accurate inventory count of items daily and coordinating with the Inventory Controller in analyzing inventory discrepancies.
• Controlling and leading the receiving and activity issuance of warehouses in handling specific products by daily checking of monitoring forms and other documents.
• Coordinating with other counterparts in other distribution centers or warehouses for production codes and/or consumption codes of products to be shipped for verification acceptance.
  
  

• A graduate of Bachelors Degree in any 4-year course.
• With at least one (1)-year relevant Inbound and Outbound Warehousing experience in any industry.
• Knowledgeable with SAP or any ERP Software.
• Knowledgeable with MHE operations is an advantage.
• Must have attention to details and good interpersonal skills.
• Must be amenable to work in Canlubang, Laguna.
