Senior Sustainability Manager

Title: Senior Sustainability Manager

The Senior Manager for Sustainability will lead and drive end-to-end sustainability strategy across all manufacturing and logistics (M&L) operations. This role will be the single point of contact for all sustainability initiatives, aligning with the organizations agenda and corporate global sustainability goals.

• Sustainability Leadership
• Develop and lead strategic sustainability plans across all M&L sites.
• Align with corporate global sustainability teams for reporting, benchmarking, and initiatives.
• Build a culture of sustainability through education, campaigns, and recognition programs.
• Resource Management & Waste Reduction
• Collaborate with site leads to reduce food loss, waste, and plastic usage.
• Conduct technical audits and support RECP (Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production) programs.
• Analyze performance data and recommend improvements.
• Waste Recycling & Circularity
• Coordinate with Facility Management on waste data and landfill reduction programs.
• Monitor recycling performance and identify innovative solutions.
• Safety & Compliance
• Integrate sustainability into EMS and OSH programs.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Consultancy & Technical Audits
• Conduct audits and develop toolkits to improve engineering and sustainability operations.
• Recommend new technologies and process improvements.
  

• A graduate of Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Sustainability (Chemical or Environmental Engineering preferred).
• Must have at least three (3) years of sustainability experience in a manufacturing setup or industry.
• Preferably, with sustainability-related training or certifications.
• Must possess strong communication, analytical thinking, and MS Excel expertise.
• Must be willing to travel across various sites.
• Must be amenable to working onsite in Canlubang, Laguna.
