Senior Staff Engineer IT Application

Job description:

• Lead overall support and governance of SPC, YMS, and FDC systems across global sites (Asia & Europe).
• Oversee SAP booking event processes and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Act as technical subject matter expert (SME) for wafer fab quality and analysis systems.
• Drive system architecture improvements, automation strategy, and long-term technical roadmap.
• Lead complex incident management, root-cause analysis, and preventive action implementation for production-impacting issues.
• Review and approve system enhancements, scripts, and interface developments.
• Collaborate with Production, IT, and global stakeholders on system upgrades, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and risk mitigation for critical manufacturing systems.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing system support (preferably semiconductor/wafer fab).
• Strong expertise in SPC, YMS, FDC systems and SAP processes.
• Knowledge with Oracle, PL/SQL, Linux, Windows Server, Python, C#, APEX, SECS/GEM
