About The Job
The position drives the growth of the Resupply Business for Philippines and SEA by developing and executing strategic plans, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales and profitability targets.

The role also ensures team development, process efficiency, and compliance with company standards and policies while upholding the Franke brand values.

Your tasks
Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Develop and execute business plans to expand Resupply sales and margins in Philippines and SEA.
  • Pursue market growth opportunities such as roll-outs and new product development.
  • Achieve sales targets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Market & Customer Management
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through value-driven solutions.
  • Lead projects and ensure smooth execution across assigned markets.
  • Conduct market visits and monitor trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Financial Management
  • Manage AR collections and control sales costs to meet profitability targets.
  • Brand & Customer Experience
  • Uphold Franke values by delivering excellent service and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Process, Communication & Compliance
  • Support process improvements and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and submit timely reports.
  • Act as a role model for professionalism and integrity.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or any related field
  • 8 to 15 years of total working experience
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Strong background in leading and managing projects
  • Preferably with import/export exposure
  • Experience in fast-food chain service operations is an advantage
