Drive and coordinate day-to-day execution of multiple product transfers, working closely with the Site Transfer Team.
Ensure readiness across materials, documentation, tooling, process controls, and qualification builds.
Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to keep programs on schedule.
Maintain program dashboards, trackers, and readiness reports for key stakeholders.
Lead CI initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and stabilize processes.
Conduct structured problem-solving (e.g., 8D, RCA, DMAIC) and drive implementation of corrective actions.
Facilitate kaizen events and embed best practices in standard operating procedures.
Support cross-functional teams with CI coaching and basic training.
Support governance routines such as program reviews, gate readiness, and stakeholder briefings.
Prepare structured updates, program summaries, and leadership presentations.
Ensure engineering changes (ECO/ECR) are aligned with transfer schedules and properly executed.
Serve as a central communication point between LEPI operations and global/customer teams for assigned transfers.
Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and Facilities teams.
Facilitate meetings, align actions, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely closure of items.
Promote clear communication, accountability, and priority setting across teams.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
3–5 years of experience in program management, continuous improvement, NPI, or product transfer roles.
Skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in PM tools (Gantt charts, trackers, dashboards).
Exceptional communication and influence skills; able to drive collaboration without direct authority.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced environment.
