Title: Production Planning & Inventory Control Manager

The PPIC Manager will strategically ensure the timely and efficient supply planning of raw materials and finished goods to meet the requirements of JWS Logistics and stores nationwide. This role will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, Marketing, R&D, and Purchasing, and will be part of the Zenith Leadership Team supporting operations across all commissary/production sites.

• Leads the overall supply planning of Red Ribbon products produced in CBF and SMO sites and traded items sourced from tollers and suppliers by aligning forecasts from demand planners with commissaries, tollers, and suppliers requirements.
• Leads the production planning of Red Ribbon products and other BU products sourced from the production plant and SMOs by translating the demand forecast and supply plan into a daily production plan.
• Leads the material planning of products produced in CBF and SMO sites and materials sourced by other commissaries, International Operation (IO), and Tiong Bahru (TBB) from CBF plant.
• Leads Initiatives Planning, ensuring initiatives such as new products, limited-time-offer products, reformulation, new markets, in/outsourcing, and others as needed are properly planned and executed to meet initiatives success criteria.
• Represents CBF and SMO Supply Planning in the RR S&OP. Ensures S&OP plans are aligned and synchronized with Commissary and SMO Sites to deliver business requirements.
• Collaborates closely with functional units of client BU, Procurement, JWSL, Corp Marketing, and R&D to ensure supply availability and to deliver successful product launches and peak season/RLD.
• Partners with Commissary departments and SMO sites in driving continuous improvement and process innovations, including identification of solutions to achieve process effectiveness related to inventory, cost, and service.
• Drives overall alignment of all Commissary departments to deliver business requirements based on agreed production and material plans.
  
  

• A graduate of Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent courses,
• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in inventory, capacity, or production planning in a manufacturing/food manufacturing environment.
• Must have at least three (3) years of proven managerial and people-handling experience.
• With strong stakeholder, account management, and negotiation experience and background.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High proficiency in Advanced Excel, ERP, MRP/MPS, SAP, Oracle, WMS, ASCP.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, decisive, and systematic.
• Strong leadership qualities, high integrity, and a collaborative mindset.
• Must be willing to work on a hybrid and flexible work setup in Canlubang, Laguna.
