Production Operator

The Production Operator is responsible for on-time delivery of quality products, ensuring 5S and safety compliance, and the other production operation requirements.

• Key Accountabilities:
• Performs at least 1 process for 2 or more active product models
• Adheres to assigned task and ensure timely delivery provided by superior
• Accomplishes all the required checklists preparatory to operation
• Supports improvement initiatives set by the company
• Adheres in completing all standard production transactions and log sheets
• Reports abnormalities on the assigned station/area
• Complies to quality standards and procedures
• Executes, contributes to and participates in 5S activities within assigned station/area
• Complies with all safety regulations set by the Company
• Reports any hazard found so that it’s risk will be minimized or eliminated
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior
• Adheres to Rules of Corrective Discipline
• Qualifications
• At least 2nd year College or graduate of any 2-year course or has completed Senior High Experiences, Skillsets & Personal Competencies
