What You'll Be Doing

You will lead the development of innovative color cosmetic products from idea through to launch, working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. You will manage multiple projects end-to-end, combining scientific expertise with consumer insights to create high-performing, commercially successful products. Working closely with internal teams and global partners, you will design formulations, oversee testing, solve development challenges, and ensure all activities are delivered on time and to a high standard. You’ll also play a key role in bringing new ideas to life by exploring emerging trends, technologies, and ingredients.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and formulating new color cosmetic products, from concept to final production
• Creating and testing prototypes to ensure performance, stability, and quality
• Designing and executing product testing strategies including efficacy and claims support
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and external partners
• Managing supplier relationships and working with OEM/ODM partners
• Tracking industry trends, new technologies, and innovations to enhance product offerings
• Supporting product launches across global markets, with a focus on Europe
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience in cosmetic product development, ideally within color or make-up
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Confidence working in a global, cross-functional environment
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
• Knowledge of product development processes, testing, and quality standards
• A curious and innovative mindset, with an interest in consumer trends and emerging technologies
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
