Title: Process Innovation & Automation Engineer

The Process Innovation and Automation Engineer is responsible for leading and executing automation and process improvement projects aimed at enhancing manufacturing productivity across the JFC Group’s commissaries. This role ensures all projects align with company standards for equipment procurement, installation, and qualification. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to deliver high-impact, sustainable solutions.

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation and process innovation across manufacturing sites.
• Develop and document project scope through a comprehensive project scope lock sheet.
• Lead the selection process for suppliers, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements.
• Prepare and submit project funding proposals; secure necessary approvals from management.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to validate equipment performance prior to deployment.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of new equipment installation, qualification, and successful handover to manufacturing operations.
  
  

• A graduate of Bachelors Degree in any Engineering course, preferably a licensed Engineer.
• Must have at least five (5) years experience in engineering & maintenance in a manufacturing industry, preferably in a food manufacturing setup.
• Possesses strong expertise in electromechanics, mechanization, automation systems, control technologies, and PLC programming.
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to conduct site visits as required.
• WIlling to be assigned on a hybrid setup in Canlubang, Laguna.
