Learning And Development Supervisor

Job Summary

We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Learning and Development Supervisor to lead the design, implementation, and management of impactful training programs focused on leadership development and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate & Deliver:

Lead engaging, high-impact training sessions focused on soft skills, leadership development, communication, and professional development.

On-the-Floor Observation

Transition from the classroom to the production floor. Observe participants in their day-to-day environment to see skills in action.

Drive Behavioral Application

Focus relentlessly on post-training execution. Move beyond attendance to ensure learners successfully apply new soft skills and leadership behaviors to their daily workflows.

Feedback & Mentorship

Provide constructive, real-time and structured feedback to participants to reinforce learning and improve performance.

Assess & Evaluate

Create robust pre- and post-training assessment tools to accurately measure knowledge retention and skill gaps.

Manage Training Operations

Track, analyze, and report on learner metrics including attendance, assessment scores, and training completion rates.

Continuous Improvement

Use data insights and post-training observations to refine training materials and strategies.

Job Requirements

1 year of experience in an L&D or Corporate Training (experience in BPO is a major plus).

Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,

OR

equivalent hands-on experience in BPO training.
