Job Description

Assists the DC Manager in managing inbound operations for the cold storage facility, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of goods.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and operation staffs to ensure smooth inbound processes.
Verify product shipments upon arrival, ensuring that they meet quality, quantity, and temperature standards.
Ensure that goods are appropriately stored in designated cold storage areas and that inventory is organized and accessible.
Manage documentation related to inbound shipments, including tracking delivery schedules, receiving reports, and inventory records.
Assists the DC Manager in managing product flows between storage and shipping areas.
Monitor the performance of inbound processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
Oversee the unloading, scanning, and storage of products while ensuring that temperature control protocols are strictly adhered to.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for the storage of goods in a cold storage environment.
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Equivalent
Work Experience: 1-3 years experience in the industry
