The HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR support services to employees within the company. This position fosters employee engagement, addresses employee relations, and drives organizational growth by aligning people strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Champions employee engagement initiatives and leads programs to enhance employee relations while ensuring active participation and compliance across designated accounts.
Represents the organization in government-initiated learning programs focused on labor laws and supports their application in the workplace.
Provides expert guidance to line managers to ensure fair and consistent implementation of the company’s Code of Conduct, particularly for cases within their area of responsibility.
Develops, proposes, and manages HR programs, ensuring efficient use of allocated budgets.
Oversees workforce planning by ensuring the preparation and completion of necessary documentation.
Facilitates developing and reviewing job competency matrices, ensuring documentation is thorough and accurate.
Leads the recruitment process, from conducting interviews to ensuring timely hiring for key positions.
Maintains, organizes, and verifies the accuracy of training records and related documentation to support employee development programs.
Job Qualifications
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
With at least two (2) years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a food manufacturing setting, managing end-to-end HR operations or business partnerships.
Well-versed in key HR areas, including but not limited to employee engagement, labor relations, talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, and project management.
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of labor laws, job evaluation systems, and job analysis frameworks.
Possesses strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willing to work in a Canlubang, Laguna.
