Title: Finance Specialist (Transport & Warehouse)

The Finance Specialist is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong foundation in accounting, and is passionate about driving financial insights that support operational excellence.

• Analyze profit & loss and balance sheet variances.
• Maintain and update standard costing and transfer pricing systems.
• Support budgeting and forecasting through data gathering and analysis.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and provide financial advisory.
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Track capital expenditures and conduct inventory counts.
• Perform other finance-related tasks to support team efficiency.
  
  

• A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any related course.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• With at least one (1) year of experience in cost management, accruals, and financial reviews within the manufacturing or logistics industry
• Candidates from other industries must have at least three (3) years of relevant experience, with proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• With at least one (1) year of experience in external audit, or three (3) years in internal audit.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
• Preferably with experience using SAP and capable of preparing clear and professional reports or presentations.
• Must be willing to report to the Bicutan office once a week.
• Open to a hybrid work setup in Canlubang, Laguna or Bicutan.
