Continuous Improvement Engineer 2

Job Purpose:

The CI Engineer 2 is essential in facilitating the successful implementation of programs and projects that will drive changes, process improvements and continuous transformation the supply chain business of Asurion TCP.

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate and lead performance improvement initiatives across the business
• Serve as change agent in institutionalizing the Lean Six Sigma "problem solving" culture and toolset.
• Train, coach, teach, and facilitate Lean Six Sigma tools to all levels of the organization.
• Manage the general information on best practices initiatives, including the continuous improvement maturity level.
• Provide guidance and leadership on various organizational initiatives.
• Assume the role of consultant, participant, and/or lead on cross-functional projects.
• Work with Finance and other members of the organization in assessing, tracking, and reporting the financial benefit of their project portfolio.
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure continued alignment with project sponsor objective.
• Challenge conventional wisdom through the demonstration of the application of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and provide guidance and knowledge to lead and change behaviors and practices.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
