About The Role
The Cashiering Supervisor oversees the overall front-end operations, ensuring prompt, friendly, courteous, and reliable service to customers.
Key responsibilities
Maintains excellent customer service at the checkout
Effectively handles customer feedback
Ensures that control standards and processes are implemented at the front-end covering cash turn over to the Treasury
Accountable for front end assets management
Database maintenance
About You
Bachelor's degree with business emphasis, sales, marketing, administration, or Customer Service Management
At least 6 months - 1 year of relevant experience in supervisory position handling front end operations in retail or food establishments
