Calamba City, Laguna | Full Time | Engineering

Principal Responsibilities

Ensures conformity of operations with established Work Instructions (WI), Guidelines (GL), and HACCP plans.
Oversees daily production activities and manpower supervision.
Ensures product quality, food safety, and compliance with GMP standards.
Prepares for and participates in internal and external audits.

Qualifications

Graduate of any Engineering course or Food Technology.
At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment
With background in GMP, Food Safety, Quality Management, and leadership trainings.
