Responsibilities

• In charge for Tool Box meeting to all Drivers and Helpers
• Aligned with Client dispatch coordinator and booking acceptance
• Aligned with RSC on requirement such as call time, number of resources like driver and helper
• Superuser for Digi haul
• Monitoring and sending own fleet performance from Digi haul- include reason of missed target
• In charge on maintaining battery level of EV units
• Coordination of all instructions to all Drivers and helpers
• In charge of counterchecking, submission and validation of pre and post vehicle inspection to all drivers
• Balance and fair distribution of trips across all drivers
• Strict adherence of truck turnaround time Enforcing performance of customer KPI (pick up , delivery and pod timeliness)
• Maintain accurate booking records of fleet activities and performance
• 100% trucks status accuracy
• In charge for maintaining and real time update own fleet report such as hyper care, own fleet daily truck activity
• Regular sending of truck status per customer
• Prepare and submit turn over to the next shift
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• At least 1–3 years' experience in transport planning, dispatching, trucking coordination, or related logistics functions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively
• Has service orientation skills.
