Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and monitor daily training activities to ensure timely completion of learning and operational development goals.
• Deliver hands-on training sessions to team members, covering SOPs, material handling, workflow accuracy, and warehouse efficiency.
• Coach and mentor employees through on-the-job training, reinforcing skills and building confidence in operational tasks.
• Supervise trainees and team members, ensuring adherence to training standards, safety protocols, and organizational procedures.
• Conduct periodic skill assessments and knowledge checks, supporting inventory reconciliation and operational accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized training environment that fosters effective learning and discipline.
• Prepare training reports and progress updates using MS Excel and other MS Office tools to track development outcomes.
• Support employee onboarding and continuous skills development, tailoring training programs to individual and team needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, material handling, and traceability standards during both training and live operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (operations, HR, and management) to align training initiatives with overall organizational goals.
  
  
  

• Graduate of any 4 year course or program
• At least 1 year of experience in 3PL or warehouse settings
• With working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• With proven leadership skills and experience in managing or guiding a team.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to be assigned in DHL Maguyam, Silang, Cavite
