Responsibilities

• Input customer details, inventory items, billing data, and other information into databases or CRMs.
• Data Verification: Check documents and system records for missing, duplicate, or incorrect information.
• Documentation Management: Organize and archive source documents such as forms, receipts, and medical records.
• System Updating: Update product prices, stock levels, item codes, and other system information.
• Quality Control: Review entries for accuracy and completeness; run reports to identify inconsistencies.
• Coordination: Work with teams to resolve data issues and respond to data-related inquiries.
• Data Integrity & Security: Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection policies.
• Backup & Recovery: Perform regular data backups and follow archiving protocols.
  
  
  

• At least Highschool graduate
• Experience in warehouse or logistics is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in inventory and warehouse management systems
• Can start immediately and with complete government requirements
• Willing to be assigned in Maunong, Calamba Laguna
