Responsibilities

• Report accidents, incidents, near misses, unsafe acts/conditions, and hazards in the area
• Report to your supervisor any defects or hazards in any plant, equipment, materials, personal protection equipment (PPE), systems of work or procedures, notifying them of any assistance they require in complying with their duties and health and safety obligations.
• Comply with safe systems of work, instruction, information, training, safety procedures, manufacturers’ instructions, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure that the quality standards as defined for DHL and the customer are maintained and managed through consequence daily
• Attends Performance Dialogue (PD) for alignment of the game plan for the shift.
• Ensure proper endorsement to the following shift covering the safety, quality and operational updates within the shift.
• Attends in all trainings, refresher and other safety, quality and operational alignment requiring their presence.
• Assist Supervisors on Report Documentation, filing and organizing of files
• Monitors related MHE and Facility reports and other admin works
• Provide timely KPI reports daily.
  
  
  

• With at least 2yrs experience working in the warehouse with 24/7 operations.
• Knowledgeable in WMS
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Flexible to any given task
• Very good in organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Very good knowledge of MS office
• Willingness to work onsite in LISP 1, Pulo, Cabuyao, Laguna.
