Responsibilities

Processing of Inbound and Outbound transaction in the system.

• ACCURATELY PROCESSING OF ORDERS
• ANSWERING OF EMAIL
• MAKING OF REPORTS
• MAKING ACCURATE DATA OF ALL ITEMS IN/OUT
• ANSWERING QUERY OF ALL CUSTOMER THRU ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION.
• HANDLING MULTIPLE MEETING
• UPDATING ACCURATELY IN THE SYSTEM OF ALL THE SHIPMENTS
  
  
  

• Has knowledge to Microsoft Application (esp. vlook-up and basic formulas)
• Can work under pressure.
• Has knowledge in customer service.
• Can collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
• Willing to work overtime, rest day and/or holidays.
