Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory, etc.).
• Lead and develop operations supervisors and staff.
• Ensure achievement of customer SLAs and KPIs (productivity, inventory accuracy etc.).
• Plan manpower, space, and equipment to meet volume and peak requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement programs (Lean / Kaizen / productivity initiatives).
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, quality, and DHL policies.
• Monitor operational costs and support budget and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including customer.
• Support new customer onboarding, system go‑lives, and operational changes.
• Prepare and present operational reports and performance reviews.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Solid experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with management experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and KPIs.
• Experience managing large teams and multiple shifts.
• Knowledge of WMS and warehouse systems.
• Strong leadership, planning, and decision‑making skills.
• Good communication and customer management skills.
• Willing to work in a fast‑paced environment.
