Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensure efficient material flow to support production and customer demands
• Monitor KPIs (inventory accuracy, cycle time, productivity, on-time delivery) and drive continuous improvement
  
  
  

• Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliation
• Ensure proper handling of sensitive semiconductor materials (e.g., ESD, moisture-sensitive devices)
• Manage warehouse systems (WMS/ERP) and ensure real-time inventory visibility
  
  
  

• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team leaders and operators
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
  
  
  

• Enforce EHS policies, including proper handling of electrostatic-sensitive devices (ESD)
• Ensure compliance with DHL, ISO standards and semiconductor-specific handling requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment
  
  
  

• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify process gaps and implement efficiency enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Planning, Procurement)
  
  
  

• College Level
• Minimum 7–10 years of warehouse/logistics experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing is highly preferred
  
  
  

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Understanding of semiconductor material handling requirements (ESD, cleanroom protocols, FIFO/FEFO)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools)
  
  
  

• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Willing to be assigned in Maguyam, Silang, Cavite.
