Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the team in warehouse operations activities
• Work with Operations Supervisor for the resources planning in all operations activities.
• Monitors the daily accomplishments of the team per area based on plan activities.
• Participates in inventory counting based on the agreed schedule.
• Work with the Operations Supervisor on the inventory reconciliation as necessary.
• Process the Inbound deliveries and Outbound orders in the system.
• Prepares the documents needed for the outbound orders and inbound deliveries.
• Reporting and coordinating any system issues and transaction incident encountered
• Escalates any operations issue, Safety and Quality non-conformances to Operations Supervisor
• Response to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Participates / leads Performance Dialog/Team Briefing.
• Attends meeting with the customer and site leaders.
• Monitor the attendance and performance of the team members.
• Manage the archiving of all Operations records and documents.
  
  
  

• Atleast College Level/ Graduate with1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a warehousing environment
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Communication Skills
