Responsibilities

Drive implementation of DSCs operations system -OMSFC (Operations Management System First Choice )

Coach all levels of site operations team on the implementation and sustainability of OMSFC, ensuring job standardization and operations efficiency

Support the deployment of BASICS and OMS Tools for Performance Management

Lead and Champion First Choice in the operations through CI activities and process improvement projects.

OMS First Choice (OMSFC) role focuses on ensuring accurate, efficient, and continuous use of the Operations Management System (OMS) while driving the First Choice culture (continuous improvement mindset). The role supports warehouse and supply chain operations through system monitoring, data analysis, process improvement, and KPI tracking.

Requirements

Dynamic and goal oriented; enabling site teams to work according to the plan.

Ability to influence without authority strongly needed/significant

Proficient in Microsoft Office suites particularly on Excel , Word, Powerpoint and Power BI

Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering , Operationa Management or any related course is a plus

Experience in supply chain environment is a plus
