MHE RT Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve goods within the warehouse.
• Support inbound and outbound operations, ensuring timely loading and unloading of products.
• Maintain accurate inventory by following proper storage procedures and scanning items into the system.

• Reach Truck Operation: Proficient in maneuvering reach trucks in narrow aisles and high racking systems.
• Material Handling: Skilled in safe lifting, stacking, and retrieval of pallets and goods.
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Ability to use RF scanners and update inventory accurately.
• Basic Equipment Maintenance: Conduct daily checks and minor troubleshooting of reach trucks.
  
  
  

• Knowledge of OSHA standards or local safety regulations.
• Proper use of PPE and adherence to company SOPs.
• Awareness of hazardous material handling procedures.
  
  
  

• Accurate stock movement recording.
• Reporting discrepancies and damaged goods.

• Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in picking and storage.

• Valid Reach Truck Operator Certification.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
