Responsibilities

Support in ensuring Daily, Monthly and Year-End Count has been conducted and result has achieved,Ensure to send report needed on a timely basis.Monitor daily activity of control tower and reverse logisticsEnsure KPI related to your task are all met.Will lead the team when Supervisors are not available Assist, trains, coach and develop personnel in the performance of their jobs.Encourage team member to have iniative and responsiveness to client needsDo other tasks, as needed.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience relative to the role
• Ability to handle a team
