Responsibilities

• Designated as being a company nurse country lead.
• In charge of creating DSC PHs yearly health and wellness program, guidelines and clinic management procedures.
• In charge of submitting the yearly report to the Global Health and Wellbeing Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) team.
• Conducts interview to all candidates for company nurse.
• In charge of managing all nursing care/procedures in the clinic.
• Dispenses over the counter medicines to employees with proper instructions.
• In the event of a medical emergency, acts as the first responder and medical lead.
• Responsible for the distribution of APE result to employees. Notify the employee if any related concern to be attended immediately.
• Conducts a one-on-one discussion with employees about their APE results and home visits to those who have been absent due to prolonged illness.
• Prepares AMR (Annual Medical Report) to be submitted to DOLE at the end of the year.
  
  
  

• PRC Registered Nurse /With 2 Years experience as Clinical/ Company Nurse
• With BOSH Training
• OHNAP Accredited/ Member
• Knowledgeable with DOLE Reportorial such as AMR etc..
• First-Aid Training by accredited agencies (Red Cross & American Heart)
