Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Generate and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports to management and business stakeholders in accordance with established schedules.
  • Extract data from designated systems and prepare reports using standard templates and reporting tools.
  • Ensure reports are completed accurately, validated for completeness, and delivered within required deadlines.
  • Maintain reporting calendars and monitor report distribution schedules to support management reporting needs.
  • Compile data from multiple sources to produce standardized reports for operational and management use.
  • Track report requests and ensure timely fulfillment of stakeholder requirements.
  • Maintain reporting files, databases, and historical records for audit and reference purposes.
  • Follow established reporting procedures and document updates to reporting processes as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required data and resolve data availability issues.
  • Support administrative activities related to report generation, distribution, record keeping, and documentation.


Requirements


  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, reporting, or data management role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic data manipulation.
  • Experience with reporting tools, databases, or business systems is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple reports and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Willingness to work with recurring schedules and support management reporting requirements.
  • Experience generating operational or management reports in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, or similar reporting systems is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with KPI and performance reporting formats.
  • Advanced Excel skills and report automation experience preferred.
