Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehousing operations and ensure alignment with client requirements
• Recommend and implement cost-saving initiative in collaboration with the client
• Review and approved requisitions and operational reports
• Develop and enforce warehousing performance standard, policies and guidelines
• Coordinate with internal departments (QA, Safety, Security, HR etc.,) and external partners
• Lead warehouse activities and approved operations plan
• Analyze operational gaps and recommend improvements
• Represent warehousing representative in cross-functional meetings and reviews
• Implement development plans for his/her department
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Security and Quality management programs.
• The Warehousing Manager will overseas and manage the Inventory Management, Pallet Management and Reverse Logistics operations. This role ensures efficient coordination with Client and internal department to meet both regular and special logistics requirements.
  
  
  

• Must be a graduate of Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Related Field.
• With at least five (5) years of experience in end-to-end warehouse operations.
• Possess a strong supervisory and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in warehouse and supply chain management systems.
