Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Have a clear understanding of the Roles & Responsibilities applicable to the position and the team.
• Help meet KPI targets of the packing section in terms of productivity and quality.
• Provide operational support to other teams within the organization.
• Work cooperatively with superiors, team members, and DSC quality personnel for effective alignment and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
• Build smooth and strong relationships with clients and other DSC ADI-LTI employees through open communication and feedback.
• Ensure proper use of tools and equipment provided to support operations.
• Attend all required trainings, orientations, re-training sessions, and re-orientations necessary for the job function.
• Help preserve the image of both the company and customers by meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Implement and strictly follow Packing Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
• Report and provide feedback on issues to the Team Leader/Supervisor for immediate resolution and disposition.
• Assist in mentoring new team members in packing work processes.
• Help maintain a consistently safe and healthy working environment in accordance with DHL policies and procedures.
• Recommend improvements and initiatives for continuous operational enhancement.
• Perform system transactions and assist in generating packing-related reports.
