Head Of Operation

QStaffers is currently looking for a Head of Operation for one of our partners, a pioneer in the Fashion Industry!

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead and optimize our end-to-end operations, including production, inventory, supply chain, and fulfillment.

This role ensures that every product is produced on time, stocked correctly, and delivered efficiently, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

You will play a key role in enabling growth by building scalable systems that support increasing order volume and product expansion.

Responsibilities:

Production & Supplier Management:

• Manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
• Oversee production timelines and capacity planning
• Ensure consistent product quality across all batches
• Source new materials and suppliers when needed

Inventory & Demand Planning:

• Forecast demand for each product and collection
• Plan inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock manage SKU-level performance and replenishment

Quality Control

• Establish and maintain quality standards
• Inspect products before launch
• Reduce defects and returns

Logistics & Fullfilment

• Oversee warehouse operations and fulfillment processes
• Optimize picking, packing, and shipping workflows
• Manage shipping partners and delivery timelines
• Improve delivery speed and cost efficiency

System & Process Optimization

• Implement operational systems (ERP, inventory tools, etc.)
• Improve workflows across production → warehouse → delivery
• Ensure scalability as order volume grows

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with:

• Creative team (for launch timelines)
• Marketing team (for campaign planning)
• E-commerce team (for product availability)

Requirements:

Experience:

• 5-10+ years in operations, supply chain, or logistics
• Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or consumer goods preferred
• Experience managing production and inventory at scale

Skills:

Supply Chain Management:

• Supplier coordination
• Production planning

Inventory Planning:

• Demand forecasting
• Stock Optimization

Logistics & Fulfillment:

• Warehouse systems
• Shipping Operations

Process Building:

• Creating scalable systems and workflows

Technical Skills:

Preferred familiarity with:

• Inventory management systems
• ERP tools (eg, Odoo or similar)
• Shopify operations
• Excel / data analysis tools
