Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Document interactions and feedback in the customer management system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
  • Must be an HS/SHS graduate
  • Average English communication skills both in written and verbal
  • Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
  • Typing speed of 25 - 30 WPM
  • Must be fully vaccinated
  • Amenable to working on-site and in shifting schedules
  • Earn up to PHP17,500 monthly salary
  • Willing to start immediately
