Job Description
Manages the day-to-day operations of the Globe kiosks from the promotion of digital channels, management of inventory and accomplishment of Sales targets. Educates customer and lead their assisted digital journey. Engages new & existing customers with Globe products and services.
> Assists customers’ journey in using digital channels via face to face digital user assistance or education
> Attends to sales and service needs of customers
> Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system
> Processes payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions
