Job Description

The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for marketing and selling Alveo Land’s real estate portfolio, including condominiums, residential lots, office spaces, and commercial properties in the Philippines. The role involves assisting clients throughout the sales process, conducting property presentations, building client relationships, and identifying sales opportunities while representing the Alveo Land brand professionally.

Minimum Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing marketing strategies to attract potential buyers through online and offline platforms.
  • Negotiating deals with clients, site visit tours and facilitating documents to complete a sale.
  • Advise clients about real estate market conditions, prices and investment potential of products.
  • Meet required sales quota every quarter.

Job Qualifications

  • A graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage, but not required
  • Preferably with sales background (insurance, car, retail, etc.)
