Job Description

Job Summary

The role is responsible for supporting project construction, coordination, contract administration, documentation, procurement follow-ups, and project execution activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Manage project documentation, trackers, reports, and correspondence.

· Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support project delivery.

· Monitor procurement, contract closeout, and material turnover activities.

· Prepare project presentations, reports, and technical documentation.

· Facilitate meetings and workflow coordination related to construction and engineering systems.

· Track project milestones, mobilization activities, permits, and compliance requirements.

· Support site activities, contractor engagement, and execution planning.

· Follow up action items and ensure timely closeout of pending project concerns.

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

Licensed Engineer
