Job Description

The Marketing Support Officer (Accreditation Officer) shall be responsible for managing Developer’s accreditation/renewal and inclusion of its project/s for end-buyer financing.

Major Responsibilities

  • Reviews collated accreditation documents submitted by the handling Account Officer/Developer
  • Reviews and endorses MSA’s requested credit and adverse record checkings, appraisal of project subject for accreditation and verification of mother title/s and/or subdivided titles that cover/s the project
  • Reviews and endorses Developer’s and Project’s End-buyer Accreditation proposal such as Accreditation Offering, Remarks and Term Sheet
  • Reviews and endorses Accreditation Approval Advice, Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) prior sending to Developer
  • Monitors End-buyer Accreditation Database
  • Reviews and endorses RM creation and ALFES/ALS definition
  • Monitors safekeeping of approved accreditation with acknowledged Approval Advice and notarized MOA and DSA

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in any business-related course
  • At least two (2) years of relevant banking experience
  • Knowledge in basic accounting principles
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City
