Your Role:
Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable
Accountant/Bookkeeper professionals to support our financial operations. The ideal candidates will have strong experience with
QuickBooks Online (QBO) and
Excel , with the ability to handle daily accounting tasks, data entry, and process work efficiently. Experience in
forecasting, reporting, and basic financial modeling is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and RAMP .
- Handle accounts payable (AP) processes, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular reconciliations.
- Process journal entries and assist with month-end closing activities.
- Generate standard financial reports from QuickBooks.
- Support with data entry and process documentation to maintain clean financial data.
- Assist in forecasting and basic financial modeling as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal accounting policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) — required.
- Basic Excel Skills a plus (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
- Experience with RAMP or similar accounting tools — preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
