Job Description

Title: Manufacturing Technician

Position Summary

Measures and monitors quality of manufactured products and ensures that the quality of the raw materials and finished products are within the standard specifications. Operates and maintains (clean and inspect) process equipment to ensure production at optimum efficiency and standard quality.

Primary Responsibilities

Batch Trial Run with R&D
Conversion of Raw Materials to Finished Goods
Cost Saving Projects/Initiatives
Equipment Reliability
In-line Processing
Quality Control
Safety

Education

Graduate of Engineering/Technology, Food Science, or related courses. Must have basic knowledge/experience in food processing technoloqy

Experience

Preferably with at least one ( 1) year work experience in the food industry

Licenses/Certifications/Trainings

Preferably licensed engineer or TESDA certified for technical courses

Working Conditions

Working on shifts
Working on Sundays and holidays, and extended hours Hot and cold work environment
Primarily production-based with occasional field work due to trainings and seminars

Internal Stakeholders

All commissary functional units JWS- FM

External Stakeholders

Equipment suppliers Service providers
