Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
Manage the end-to-end hiring process for all assigned tracks, ensuring timely and effective completion of the client’s hiring requirements.
Address hiring managers’ requests and inquiries promptly.
Conduct calibration sessions with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
Create and update job postings on the company’s website and job portals.
Develop and enhance sourcing channels to access new labor pools.
Screen applications to ensure candidates meet required credentials, skills, and experience.
Endorse candidates to hiring managers for review and provide regular hiring updates.
Facilitate the hiring process, including interviews, employment contracts, and job offers.
Conduct client-specific tests and manage recruitment tools and processes.
Provide hiring updates and reports to stakeholders, including Operations and Human Resources.
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor intelligence, and sourcing best practices.
Ensure accurate tracking and data management in recruitment systems.
Support additional tasks related to recruitment and professional development.

What You Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in recruitment operations is preferred but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with employees at all levels
Preferred Skills/expertise
Interest in recruitment, sourcing, and HR processes, particularly in the call center/BPO industry in the Philippines
Detail-oriented with good organizational, planning, and coordination skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
Analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
