Your Role
As a Senior Team Leader, you will:
Lead and manage a team of employees, providing consistent coaching and professional guidance to ensure individual and team success.
Monitor operational performance and design data-driven action plans to address gaps and improve overall service delivery.
Set clear performance targets and conduct regular evaluations to provide constructive feedback and recognize high-performing talent.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments and stakeholders to streamline operations and ensure alignment with business goals.
Resolve escalated issues from team members or clients promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, specifically within the BPO or outsourcing industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing, developing, and scaling high-performing teams.
Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management and team motivation.
Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, to support 24/7 operations.
Preferred Skills/expertise
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for performance tracking and reporting.
Deep knowledge of modern performance evaluation techniques and developmental coaching frameworks.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high organizational and time-management standards.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on implementing industry best practices and innovative process improvements.
Experience in developing and delivering specialized training programs to enhance team technical and soft skills.
