Your Role

As an SAP Basis Administrator / Consultant, you will:

Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across SAP environments.

Manage SAP transport systems, user administration, and system security configurations.

Support system upgrades, patches, migrations, and refresh activities.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure stable SAP operations and system integrity.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

3+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator or in SAP technical support roles

Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture and administration (ABAP/Java stacks)

Experience with SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

Experience with OS (Linux/Windows) and database administration fundamentals

Preferred Skills/expertise

Experience with SAP HANA administration and migration

Familiarity with cloud environments hosting SAP systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Knowledge of SAP security, transport management system (TMS), and client administration

Experience with SAP upgrades, kernel updates, and system refreshes

Exposure to ITIL processes and enterprise support environments
